Preferential rights issue of convertibles in ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ) – subscription undertakings and underwriting

The principal shareholders in ITAB Shop ConceptAB (publ), Thord Johansson, Johan Rapp and Stig-Olof Simonsson, have undertaken to exercise their full preferential rights. This equates to a little over 55 percent of the new issue in the company (otherwise referred to as ITAB). These owners have also issued a guarantee to the effect that, should the issue not be fully subscribed, they shall subscribe, outside the exercise of preferential rights, to further convertibles amounting to approximately SEK 65 million in value.

Initially, convertibles not taken up through the exercise of preferential rights will be offered to those who have exercised said rights. The offer to each of these subscribers will be based on the number of convertibles they subscribed to in exercising their preferential rights.
