2/7/2008 2:55:00 PM

Ulf Rostedt was today appointed new CEO for ITAB Shop Concept AB. He succeeds Jan-Ola Wiréhn who, after shouldering responsibility for more than ten years, has chosen to cut back and resigned the position of CEO. Jan-Ola Wiréhn will continue to work within the Group on business development issues.

Ulf Rostedt, 41, has held various executive positions within the ITAB Group since 1997 and served as Deputy CEO since the Group’s listing in 2004. We are extremely pleased that Ulf will assume the responsibility of CEO since he has long been a prominent figure within both the Group and outwards to external stakeholders.

The announcement of the new CEO coincides with the release of the financial statements for 2007, the Group’s most successful year ever. One of the largest marketing activities in ITAB Shop Concept’s history will be carried out in February 2008. EuroShop - The Global Trade Fair - where we as Europe’s second largest business in the industry will play a pronounced role. EuroShop is the best possible occasion to introduce the company, including our most recent acquisitions, our market position, our customer offers, our organisation and our management team.

ITAB supplies complete shop interiors for general and trade retailers. The company's operations comprise project management, design, development, manufacture and sales. Besides shop fittings, predominantly in wood and metal, the range of concepts on offer also includes shop equipment (cash desks, entry systems, etc.) and in-house developed products. ITAB Shop Concept has a turnover of around SEK 3.5 billion a year. The group has some 1,700 employees.
