Product Specialist

 

ITAB Guidance continue to grow and develop new exciting digital solutions for our customers. Now we need to strengthen our organization with a product specialist that will have a key position for us in proceeding in to the next level and will be an important link to understand and realize the future needs of our customers.


Work position

As a product specialist, you will represent our product portfolio and be our customers contact mainly regarding digital products and solutions:

  • integration of technical IT systems
  • maintain training for both partners and customers
  • provide technical support both on location and at distance
  • provide support to the sales department in customer meetings

 

The position is reporting to the Product Manager and it is placed in Jönköping. Travelling frequently to partners and customers, mainly in Europe, is part of the position.


Qualifications

We are looking for a person with technical background and with a passionate interest in future digital solutions. As a person, you are curious with the ability to identify, solve and propose solutions. You like to work with the combination of software/ hardware and customer contacts.

To manage the role we think you have the work experience in IT support with good skills in: operating systems (windows, Linux), network, communication, information security, peripherals, remote tools and hardware. Experience in supporting system integrations with APIs, XML and similar is important. To be comfortable in discussions with our customers i.e. IT departments regarding system integration, solutions, testing, etc. is also essential.

We operate in an international market that requires fluent English (both speaking and written). Additional languages are meritorious but no requirement.
